CNA Training Schedule Madison, WI
If you’re interested in any healthcare profession, getting your nursing assistant certification is a great way to begin your career. Our CNA certificate program consists of either a full-time 3-week training or a part-time 6-week long evening program.

Class May 19-June 6 (M, W, Th, F) from 8am-2pm
Off Memorial Day, Class on Tuesday, May 27 Instead
Clinical May 30 (Fri) and June 4 (Wed) from 6am-3pm
In-class/lab June 6 (Fri) from 8am-2pm
The class will meet May 19-June 6 (M, W, Th, F) from 8:00am to 2:00pm at Neway Directions, with additional work outside of class. There will also be an in-class/lab on June 6 (Fri) from 8:00am to 2:00pm. The clinical will take place May 30 (Fri) and June 4 (Wed) from 6:00am to 3:00pm.
As a blended class/lab, this means you will be attending class four hours a day and getting homework. This will include reading in the book, watching skills videos, doing assignments, etc. Please let us know if you don’t have a computer or tablet at home. All quizzes will be taken in class. At this time, masks are to be utilized at the discretion of the Neway Directions instructor. Mask use in clinical settings may or may not be related to COVID-19, and it is expected for all students to comply with their instructor’s recommendations for the safety of students and patients alike.
The 3rd week of class will include minimally 16 hours at a nursing home and clinical simulation in our lab.
